Because today is Friday and soon Fall is coming, I literally see it coming down the mountain through our office windows... I thought it would be nice to share some of my chocolate chip cookies that I just made an hour ago! SO the first person to leave a comment [ hopefully regarding the above pic] will receive this batch of cookies! I am headed to the post office in a couple hours....and would like to mail these off to you. So, whomever I see to be the first, please include your email if you don't have a blog and I will be in touch here shortly for your address. :)
I hope you all have a wonderful and peaceful weekend. Next week I will be adding a bunch of new items that I am sooo excited about to my shop and will be blogging about those all week. So please check back. Thank you. :)

I love the Moon man but, I have been having a bit of a moon obsession lately.
I love the moon man too! We've loved reading Good Night Moon to Alta and I could definitely see us reading a book about the moon man to her too. I like how he looks like he's going on a business trip.
Those cookies look soo good. If only we were neighbors.
I heartheartheart Bjorn the Woodman and the Traveling Salesman. Charming :)
One Little Star, I just emailed you for your address to send the cookies! :)
Thanks everyone for the comments so far, I really do appreciate them...and the explanation Grace is soo helpful. :)
i have a crush on Bjorn.

time for a book, roxy.
there's a space on my boys' bookshelf just waiting.
love, lindsay
I love Moon + Sebastian! Sebastian's shirt is killing me! It's sooooo cute and funny. He seems like a funny best friend who always wants to wrestle. Moon is so dapper!
Lindsay... save that space your boys' bookshelf!!! :) xoxo Thanks for your thoughts!
Egan, Sebastian is based off of my little yorkie Sebastian that I had while living in New York.... his personality was truly unique for a dog [I know, every dog owner says that! lol]I have waaaay too many stories of him! :)
i like the pancake...and sebastian the yorkie <3
ok so I already know too much about sebastian to not pick him. also bjorn is my second favorite.
Thank you Mittens and Mandi! :)
Oh Mandi...please tell me you have not heard Sebastians "voice" lol hehehehe.....
For me, I think it's Sebastian (I like his shirt and his fuzzy face) and then Salty Bear (I'm a bit of a worrier, too ;)
Thank you Jennifer for your opinion! :)
cute characters! i just love your style!
Dang. I miss all the good stuff. Are these your famous cookies? (Did you know they are famous in my house?) Dereck dies over them. Love your characters and can't wait to buy all your children's books! xo
My favourites are Salty Bear and Sebastian. In my head they turn into stuffed toys to go with the book.
Exciting project, Roxy!
Thanks Denise!
Kamilah, yes...those were my famous chocolate chip cookies...w/out walnuts this time. I think it's time I send you guys a "surprise"!!! :-[) p.s. PLEASE buy all my childrens books. :))
PUK, Thank you for your comment, I do think it's time I make salty bear and sebastian into stuffed animals!! :) Thank you!!
I really love your Pancake man. My daughter is almost 3 and would prefer to eat pancakes at every meal. I like how he looks like he is dipped in syrup. I have never met a pancake that I didn't like, so I bet I would like Pancake.
Jill! You have ABSOLUTELY inspired me! Pancake dipped in syrup! I didn't even think about that, but of course I see it now. After reading your response, I was definitely re-inspired to do an updated version of pancake. Thank you!! :) p.s. I too have never met a pancake I've never liked...I even looove the German ones! :-[)
