Slowly.....slooooowly reading Rascal still...just gotta savor this book it is soo good.
saw this amazing blanket on design sponge just now and I can't stop looking at it. One of the things I realized today while reading Rascal at work, was that I want to live in an A-frame house, for sure! And now I know for even more sure that I want to live in one with this blanket ~ I would call it my A-frame blanket...... ohhhh...now I need to make one!!

My grandpa lived in an A-frame house in the woods... so many memories of sleeping and playing in the oddly-shaped upper rooms with their secret storage spaces!
Sanne, your totally welcome! And she is just as pretty as her voice it seems... :)
Lena! Hello! SHE GOT THAT AT A THRIFT STORE??? Oh.man..... I didn't even read the full post I was just staring at that blanket the whole time..
Andrea.. what a lucky man your grandpa was! Growing up, my family was lucky enough to be friends with this super cool family who had an A-frame cabin in the Cascade mountains!!! They were so generous and let a lot of their close friends use it during the winter...I have so many awesome memories of staying there!
The two pictures go so well together, love the triangles.
