oh! DEFINITELY try it, especially with children! When I was a nanny and the girls I nannied for were young at the time [7 & 9] we would spend our summers making shrinky dink things and playing with femo clay especially wrapping them around ball point pens and baking them!! SO MUCH FUN! :)
